Designing a space that is both pleasant to work in and open to exchange, Tagg-at offers shared support services, living spaces with ergonomic, comfortable and functional workstations, and a multitude of facilities for inspiration, isolation and collaboration, and above all for exchanging information through a variety of means of expression, and finally, for living, having a coffee, offering one’s neighbors one, inviting oneself to lunch, relaxing, creating an atmosphere where freedom of expression, enthusiasm, the desire to move forward, the pleasure of working, fun and discovery reign.

Our Accelerators
From supporting start-ups in our accelerators to creating innovative new businesses in our innovation labs, we bring together change agents and provide them with the knowledge, skills, networks and resources they need to accelerate their success and amplify their impact.
Innove4Africa
The Innove4Africa programme, in partnership with Synapse, YouthActionNet, the International Youth Foundation, the MasterCard Foundation and USAID, supports young African social entrepreneurs by strengthening their skills and the impact of their projects. For its first edition, 25 entrepreneurs from French-speaking Africa will be selected for the economic and social value of their initiatives.
App Factory
The AppFactory, the fruit of collaboration between Microsoft and Tagg-at, the Synapse incubator, aims to develop Windows Phone applications tailored to local needs. Involving 25 participants, nearly 20 applications have been designed to meet key challenges in Senegal in sectors such as health, education, transport and leisure. The best applications will be deployed on Windows Phone and made available to the public.
