Alphonse launched his project to add value to clay and offer his community the possibility of decent, sustainable, low-cost housing. His project provides jobs for young people who are organized into cooperatives and whose skills are strengthened in clay tile production. Alphonse has contributed to the construction of over 3,717 houses and 72 classrooms. With 120 employees, particularly girls, the project plans to create more than 14 branches to give citizens easier access to products.
