In pursuit of this mission, Synapse U is constantly looking for experienced professionals in all fields to help implement its training and capacity-building activities for new generations of leaders, entrepreneurs and change agents. Our trainers are involved in a wide range of training and coaching activities as part of our programmes and projects.
Desired profiles
Do you work in any of the following languages: French, English, Spanish, Portuguese or Arabic?
Are you familiar with training for young people and adults, the participative approach, group work/facilitation and role-playing to encourage a pedagogical approach based on the acquisition of specific professional skills?
Do you have a good knowledge of the entrepreneurial ecosystem, as well as the challenges and issues associated with entrepreneurial and professional development in Africa?
You are autonomous, rigorous and adaptable. You have genuine teaching and learning facilitation skills.
You can demonstrate that you have developed one or more areas of expertise in relation to the skills listed below:
