Kouakou created PARO CI to provide concrete, sustainable solutions to the issues of cleanliness and the environment. To achieve this, he raises public awareness, fosters eco-citizenship among young people, and organizes waste collection and recycling workshops. He was able to set up the first collection and processing circuit for waste electrical and electronic equipment in his country. He now processes 7,000kg of waste per month. Kouakou aspires to extend his field of action throughout Africa.

Kouakou created PARO CI to bring real and lasting solutions to safety and environmental issues. To get there, he educates people, cultivates eco-citizen- ship among young people, and organizes workshops for the collection and recycling of waste. PARO CI is the first established collection and waste treatment system using electrical and electronic equipment in Côte d’Ivoire, and it processes 7000kg of waste per month. Kouakou aspires to broaden his project’s scope across Africa.
