Maimouna created Djikadi to combat malnutrition and help promote local products. After years of research, she now specializes in the manufacture and marketing of “soumbala bio”, a local condiment. By buying the raw materials in the surrounding villages, she enables these populations to secure a stable income. Today, Maimouna, who promotes social entrepreneurship, is keen to revitalize the agribusiness sector.
Maimouna created Djikadi to fight against malnutrition and contribute to the promotion of locally-produced goods.
