In partnership with the Children and Youth Foundation, the Finnish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Cirque du Soleil and UNESCO’s Regional Office in Dakar, Synapse U has set up the Naatangue Art La programme to support 400 creative idea- and project-makers and creative professionals aged between 18 and 29 living in the Dakar region. The programme aims to prepare them to build sustainable businesses in the creative and cultural industries.
We share this ambition with organisations committed to supporting the sustainable development of creative economies such as SenCirk , Africulturban , La Factory and Handi Eco.

Strategic partners
As part of the Naatange Art La programme, Synapse has developed a partnership with organisations just as conscientious and committed to the development of the cultural and creative industries. The Children and Youth Foundation, the Finnish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Cirque du Soleil and UNESCO (UNESCO Regional Office in Dakar) have all joined the programme with the aim of training entrepreneurs and key players in the arts and culture sector.
Technical partners
Synapse has also been able to count on the collaboration of Sen Cirque, Africulturban, Handi Eco, Diagn’Art and La Factory to develop talent and help promote youth employment.
