Abass has been working in the construction industry since 2006, and has gained a wealth of professional experience as well as the trust of his customers. Working informally until then, Abass felt it necessary to formalize his structure and strengthen his business management skills. With this in mind, he joined Synapse Center’s Empacto training program. Indeed, he says, “it is necessary and even fundamental for an entrepreneur to formalize his structure if he wants to evolve in the big league”.

Abass benefited from 300 free hours of incubation, supervision and a suitable workspace.Peinture Art Décor or PAD is a painting, construction and wall decoration company (living rooms, children’s bedrooms, restaurants, stores, etc.).

PAD builds a wide variety of buildings, public and private, individual and collective, including homes, schools, stores, sports facilities and factories.
