Projet : SIAL

Presentation

Khadidiatou Ndoye holds a professional degree in Human Resources Management from ENSUT.

Young and dynamic, she is active in several associations. Khadidiatou was a volunteer on the International Council of Amnesty in Turkey in 2009, and is currently Vice President of Causes Communes and a member of Toit du Monde. It was through the latter association that she was able to benefit from Synapse’s Empacto training.

After a number of professional experiences within local organizations, Khadidiatou decided to launch her own business with a project she was passionate about: the processing of local products. Thanks to her entrepreneurship training at Synapse, she was able to draw up her business plan.

Following her participation in Empacto, her project was selected for a free 400-hour Empacto incubation program. Khadidiatou now benefits from a workspace and professional coaching to help her achieve her goals.

Projet

S.I.A.L is a project to set up a processing facility for local fruit (juice, syrup and jams) and cereals (tiakry, couscous, araw, cowpea flour, corn flour, etc.).

Agriculture in Senegal is essentially rain-fed and seasonal, as evidenced by the sharp fluctuations in production over the past decade. As a result, farmers often find it difficult to sell their crops, which sometimes rot.

With her project, Khadidiatou hopes to help professionalize and add value to local produce, and contribute to the development of her country…

Testimonial

“I joined the Taag-at incubator not only to have a friendly workspace, but also to benefit from support in realizing my business project and from the incubator’s network to find partners.”
