The Naatange art odyssey
The Naatange Art La project offers a range of training services (life skills, entrepreneurship, fashion, performing arts, multimedia and music), coaching, mentoring, incubation and peer-to-peer networking to develop, test and transform creative ideas into sustainable businesses.
Participants will have the opportunity to hone their skills, develop their networks and build the confidence needed to transform their artistic project idea into a viable business in the context of exchange spaces that encourage encounters and cross-fertilisation between creators, practitioners, entrepreneurs and users of the arts in all its forms.
The implementation of the project is concluded by a school component, the aim of which is to improve the pedagogy of the teachers and to strengthen the education of the learners in citizenship.

Training
The programme is interlinked and based on activities that stimulate innovation and creativity, but also and above all the entrepreneurial spirit through the emergence of talent capable of making an effective and significant contribution to the development of the cultural and creative industries.
Life skills
Life skills training aims to develop participants’ ability to manage the challenges of everyday life. It seeks to motivate and re-orientate them towards the best version of themselves, to develop their personality and to show them the paths to follow in their entrepreneurial odyssey.
The training methodology used is entirely participative and dynamic.
The practice of skills is facilitated by role-playing, group work, exchanges, debates, the sharing of experiences between young people and the development of a community of projects at the end of the entrepreneurship training courses.

entrepreneurial skills
To have entrepreneurial skills, you need to be able to learn new things such as Cooperation, Fresh Approaches, Taking Risks, Strategic Thinking, Decisiveness, Optimism, Business Ability and Crazy Ideas that just might work and lead to radical changes or significant improvements. Some skills can be acquired in an informal environment without any form of education, while other skills may take months or even years to acquire through formal education.
Fields of intervention
Art and culture in all their attributes, in all their forms, in all their deployment sums up the backbone of the Naatangue Art La programme. The programme is interlinked and based on activities that stimulate innovation and creativity, but also and above all the entrepreneurial spirit through the emergence of talent capable of making an effective and significant contribution to the development of the cultural and creative industries.

In this workshop, participants learn to create collections based on trends, materials and fabrics, while freely expressing their inspiration, ideas and talents, according to the needs of the industry.
Musique
This workshop is dedicated to music practitioners in the fields of musical interpretation and sound technique, covering musical concepts such as solfeggio, writing, composition, interpretation and the handling of musical instruments, among others.
GRAPHIC DESIGN & PHOTOS
Through this workshop, we help participants to translate their talents and to perceive technology in art, as a tool for visual communication, using new media and technological advances in creative expression.
Stories from former participants
Eloquent testimonials from former participants illustrate the tangible and profound impact the programme has had on their lives and communities
‘I was able to discover several aspects of fashion and design which not only enriched my knowledge but also inspired me. The engraving course and, above all, the fact of meeting so many entrepreneurial girls who share the same passion as me was quite simply beneficial, because entrepreneurs learn from each other as well’.
‘The Nataange Art La course enabled me to work on technical skills that I hadn’t mastered and to perfect the concepts that I had already acquired. The courses in lifeskills and entrepreneurship are more than necessary for a young entrepreneur, because you’re working on yourself and on the environment of your business sector. The themed workshops enabled us to meet leading figures in the music industry and draw inspiration from their experiences. ’
‘The experience that made the biggest impression on me was the CSR day organised at the Factory, where we ran various workshops with local children in different areas: music, drawing, photography and video. The workshop gave me the opportunity to work with children and share my knowledge and experience as an artist with them.’
