This ambitious program has trained 15,212 young people in Senegal, Côte d’Ivoire, Uganda and the Democratic Republic of Congo, opening the doors to a brighter professional future.
Thanks to an innovative and pragmatic approach to training, Tech@Work has enabled 8,967 entrepreneurs to develop and structure their businesses, while giving 6,245 intrapreneurs the tools they need to flourish within their companies.
Program process

A program structured around four key pillars
The Tech@Work program is based on targeted training modules inspired by international best practices in the development of digital and professional skills:
Fundamental digital skills
In an increasingly connected world, mastering digital tools is a necessity. This module covers :
